What's your idea of an ideal quicksand scene?

We all have that scene. That one scene. Maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. But it's that one scene that, to you, tops all others that exist. The perfect scene.

What is your perfect scene?

I have two different perfect scenes (can't decide between the two). One is a girl with long, dark brown hair and blue eyes, and a faded Union Jack T-shirt, wearing gray rubber chest waders that show her breast curves very nicely, sinking in a nice, thick, bottomless peat bog. My other perfect scene is that same girl wearing the same waders, but in a pit of very sticky, thick, and inescapable cow manure, see my signature for the ending to that.

well, i have zero interest in cow manure, but to each his own...

for me the ideal would be a Jungle Girl in the obligatory leopard skin bikini... tightly bound by poachers but she's trying to escape... blunders into quicksand... struggles so hard that her top comes off... slowly sinking until about shoulder deep, it looks hopeless... but in the nick of time i come along and rescue her

That's it. It sums it up perfectly. No, we don't have that one scene. Each of us has several, or many "perfect" scenes, which can conflict with each other, the preferences change with time, phase of the Moon, season, experience, what we have watched yesterday, and what we had for breakfast today.

I could describe one or two scenes, but tomorrow I would be quite unhappy with my choice...

Actually I think it began off-topic but in the interest of answering the question I will add my two cents worth. Billie really has the right answer for a lot of people. To create an ideal scene would require a ridiculous budget for me. Well it's a bit of a stretch it is not completely implausible to sink a busload of scantily clad cheerleaders. I have discussed this with a producer friend of mine and have gone over the details many many times so it could certainly be done. The how-to is not as important as the result though so I will spare the details and just get to the scene. A bus with two dozen youthful cheerleaders gets lost on the way back from cheerleading camp . In addition to the cheerleaders there are several female coaches and trainers and a driver all older but still incredibly hot. As the bus filled with at first annoyed, and then panicking cheerleaders, sinks into the swamp, we see the interior with the girls scrambling out of windows and the back door. Panic ensues and the girls struggle to reach solid ground with varying lack of success. We are treated to an extended series of panicked submersions, rescue attempts,fights for survival, and the remaining ladies stripping naked on top of the bus in an attempt to get through the bog to safety. They of course are unsuccessful.

All of that would be a good start as the remaining cheerleaders back at the camp are swallowed as the camp sinks into the swamp in similar fashion with hundreds of scantily clad the cheerleaders participating . This would be the "Titanic" of quicksand scenes. There would be gratuitous nudity breasts, drowning, panic, lesbianism, and ultimately no survivors .

I have a different version that is more over-the-top but I want to keep it realistic .

I suppose TWO busloads would be more over the top. Or do I mean the mud would go over the top of the bus?

If I was being honest, I'd go with the school bus filled with cheerleaders....

If I was brutally honest, I'd change the cheerleaders to Asian ladies wearing school girl uniforms.
