Nickel iron meteorites weighing grams go for hundreds of dollars. I bet that rock cost at least a few hundred grand.

They seem pretty confident too it will be ok to fire. Since the obvious question about making an 1911 out of IRON came up pretty quick. But let's be honest; whomever gets the bid on this (or these for the paired-gentleman) will be lucky to fire it one time before it goes under glass on velvet
