Life is over as we know it. Playboy is clothing the ladies. Call me a fossil but there's a once great philosophy/publication that has lost it's way. A product of changing times I guess but it feels more like a surrender to so many things.

Anyhow I'm not here to debate that. Call this my personal protest if you want but this thread is dedicated to tasteful, properly photographed, at least mildly artistic, beautiful women wearing a very minimum to nothing of clothing. It might even include a photo of my own occasionally. Feel free to participate but keep it nice. No porn, no objectification, no guys or guy parts, no poorly lit low resolution grannies or ten year old girls in bikinis. No looking in the orifices of hookers in cheap lingerie. No egregious tattoos or piercings and definitely nobody named Kardashian. This is art, dammit.

Thanks for starting this thread. It's funny, but the older I get, the more I find a bit of clothing on a lady is far more erotic than just her in the all together, although I don't object to that in the least.

Case in point is Holly, here. This is an incredible image... there is just something about a lady just wearing jeans that does something for me.

I'd like to have been a fly on the wall when Playboy made this decision. It's not often you get to see major corporations slit their own throats , just because a collection of screaming crybullies and retards somewhere have their feelings hurt. Oh well. Not my problem

God knows, there is no shortage of naked women pictures now. Twitter prob has 80% of its feed on that alone with selfies and stuff. The fact they in the process of also committing fiscal suicide by restricting free speech on real-world topics that upset crybully assholes is dark humor at its finest

Miss December 1968 - Cynthia Myers. All the accomplishments of mankind would be diminished somewhat if these images had never been captured. Miss Myers was not quite 18 when these photos were taken but they weren't published until three months after her 18th birthday. You'd never get away with that today.

The decision of the magazine to no longer feature nudes does strike me as rather odd, and I would predict its total demise pretty soon. I know of very few companies in any business who have been successful making such a radical change. Surely they don't have very many subscribers who actually buy it for the articles!

Sadly I have to agree with you. There was once a time, not that long ago, when it was actually worth buying for the articles alone. I view the end of it's traditional art as going along with the demise of Playboy's literate side as well. It's been dumbed down to a level that no longer fits with its relatively sophisticated original mission. It is a leading indicator of the manner in which political correctness is making us less of a "thinking" society.
