Playboy Style Video Montage for QS

As an underwater/wet skin/Playboy fan I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven when Playboy came out with the Wet and Wild series of videos in the late 80's. Most of them were compilations of scenes with wet, naked, bikini, clad Playmates underwater, surfing, you name it. In my mind they were for the time a lesson in how to shoot a video montage that has nothing to do with anything but creating a beautiful image stream. Does anybody else but me think you could make a great muddy, swampy, qs, kind of montage like this? Forget the cheesy music and go with natural sounds of heavy breathing, bubbling, glooping, splashing, etc. Maybe the occasional voice over from the ladies. Would any of that work for you?

This probably isn't exactly on topic.....

I'm not as much of a Playboy fan, due to my usual aversion to silicone, (even though I still was a Linnea Quigley fan in my younger years and find a few girls attractive after they've had "them" done), but I obviously wouldn't be a heterosexual male if I didn't have some Playboy stuff. I know that one of the Playboy Newsstand Specials, which I think it was a Wet & Wild, had Playmate and Andy Sidaris movie staple Roberta Vasquez in mud in it. I believe it would probably have been the Wet & Wild from 1990 that had Brinke and Linnea in it, but don't quote me on that. That is the only Wet & Wild that I still have.

BTW, this is really off-topic, but if you're a heterosexual male and have never watched a movie that Andy Sidaris directed....Well, you're really missing out!

The question is really not about Playboy itself but just that style

Regarding Maestro Andrew Sidaris I have all of his works. And his book "Babes, Bombs, and Bullets" with an inscription by him and an autograph from Julie Strain.

As stated, it has been a while since I watched some PB vids, but on something like this, I thought the editing was a bit too quick. I think I would like for the camera to linger longer and give the viewer more of a chance to enjoy the girls and their actions. However, this was made up from stills shot for a feature for the magazine and not actual live motion video:

For those of you who were B-movie fans in the 1980s, yes, you did spot Linnea Quigley and our own Brinke Stevens on the video. However, Brinke was excluded from the actual pictorial when PB editors decided that her breasts were too small and her ankles were too thick. Of course, once Brinke got a sizable fan following for her horror films, PB ran a pitiful few of the photos in some Newsstand Specials. If you aren't familiar with Linnea Quigley, she is the pretty blonde in bed and in the shower with Brinke on some of the photos. (I would also like to add that I think Brinke's breasts are gorgeous and aren't too small for me. She has pretty feet, too, so I don't see a problem with her ankles.) Actually, I'm surprised they left Linnea in the actual pictorial, since these pictures pre-date her implants.

I may be ok with something more along these lines, editing wise, although the cuts are pretty quick on them, too. These feature a couple of PMs I liked in my younger days. (See, I can appreciate the beauty of someone besides Brinke, even though she'll always be my favorite.)

Duncan, congrats on having the late, great Mr. Sidaris' autograph on your book. He really knew how to give us guys everything we wanted in a movie.
