Professor Fate from THE GREAT RACE, my favorite film from 1965 to today - although it has faults, it is still a wonderful job and Lemmon's acting was way over the top. Lemmon said he received more fan mail regarding this role than any other and his son, Christopher Lemmon, believes this was his father's BEST acting job as it was so typeset AGAINST what Lemmon always did in every other film.

Re: Your Avatar
Usually I use my second life avatar but today I decided to toss one up of me as i think about stepping into the mud...contemplating that first step. Tho took it just to hear that squelch of the mud as the water came up around my feet with the mud. Nothing deep..lil above ankles but was just curious as to how deep this small area was.

In honor of the season …
My first Halloween in Honolulu, I went out with my Hanai nephew to trick or treat — and promptly had to tone it down for the locals. Something that would have worked for Knott's Halloween Haunt was waaaaaaaaaay over the topic for local 'ohana and keiki.

Can this get any weirder?
Oh yes, little voice, it can always get weirder.

My avatar hasn't changed much. Well, actually I think I used this when DS started, and carried it over here. I also use it at UMD.
It's Lena, taken with a Canon G2 waaay over exposed. It gave the whole image an artsy feel. Some day I'll run that batch through some proper editing software and see what I can pull out of it.

That is an awesome photo. I must confess, though, that I had to be told that it was a picture of Lena. She's pretty well-covered and while I usually recognize her, I didn't in this.
But I wouldn't change it either if I were you. The first time I saw it, I stared at it for awhile and it has a tendency to stay in my mind after I've been looking at it.
