Thanks for sharing - these last few comics really made my day! Quite nice story lines, given that I like the "darker" side.

I'm not 100 per cent sure... I think something like "Lost Planet" or something, a comic based on a fantasy role playing game. I'll see if I can find out more about it...

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Wow I bloody well want to read the entirity of those comics!
For a moment I was confused, thinking that the last one might be from "Misty", the British comic for girls in the 70s and 80s. Was before my time, but I heard that it written by guys and it proved very popular with both girls and boys. But given the text saying "the deep cleft between her full, thrusting breasts" and "Lush mounds" I had a hard time believing that's what it was, did a little research, and it is actually "Misty: An adult fantasy in visuals" from 1972.
As I suspected it is not Misty that gets shot, but the person aiming the rifle at her. And the ending of that comic is bloody weird.
I'm curious how the couple in the first one got away, given that they submerged and all. (Unless they didn't? A rather abrupt and anticlimactic end to a story in that case!) Better not be one of those "hidden cavern underneath the ground" stories, in a swamp that would defy credulity even more than it usually does.

Same here. I've wanted to see the end of both of these since I saw these through Kaol's site a long time ago. That, and the LOST IN SPACE comic where Penny gets tossed into quicksand by Dr. Smith and the creepy aliens. By the way, PM2K--what's the source of the third pic down from the top in your last post? That's a new one to me.

And...I'm *really* sorry I scarred anyone with Aunt May, Gleaming Cosmic Siren...

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Hey there!
The lady in the third pic I believe was from a comic called Lost World... but that's about all I know. Looked like one basd on an old role playing game.
Anyway, two finds here, from old jungle comics.

Ok, here is the beginning of the last of the comics I have to share.
Some of these may be repeats, but many are undoubtedly not.....
Enjoy!
