Not sure the problem then. I assume you are on a Windows PC and used WinRAR or WinZIP to extract the game folder and all the files in it from the archive first. I have seen people try to run a program while still packed in the ZIP archive.

Have you ever successfully downloaded, installed and played the original game of Crackle Cradle without all the sinky add-ons? https://crackle-cradle.en.softonic.com/

If Windows extracted them correctly then no, you do not need WinRAR or WinZIP.

These are the files you should see on your PC in a folder labeled "SlackOfDescent_Dev_decompiled":

slackofdescent.files.png

I run/execute the file that the red arrow is pointing at. Use Game_maker.exe to open any game file that ends with ".GM81". I already extracted the SLACK OF DESCENT files. It's titled "SlackOfDescent.exe.gm81" (see green arrow).

Note that the game files have to be in the same folder as Game_maker.exe to work properly. I get an error message like you did if they are not there.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Ok, opened the red arrow file, then in that window opened the gm81 file then ran that file from the gamemaker screen, Still did the same thing and all of those are in the decompile folder.

I am at a loss of suggestions then....Sorry. I do not know what is going wrong. Unfortunate that I don't see Qssuwako here anymore to ask.

The new movie seems to be doing OK. Hope you enjoyed it. Over 200 views in one day so far.

It took MONTHS to reach that number at Vimeo. What a desert landscape that place was.

Runaway Slaves is incredible! Well done!

Yeah I guess with Vimeo, the only views were people from this forum clicking on your links direct to your videos. So I'm glad you are able to be back on YouTube again, where quicksand-loving random people can stumble upon your videos, not just us forum people!
