Fabulous! These look great in the black and white and the colour pop thing is a neat effect too. Well done!
I hope 'Vera' keeps trending for a while. "T.H.J." being my first and favorite scene of all time.
How long did Tarzan watch before deciding to save Jill..?

First of all, beautiful work. I love it when we all take a shot at some of the same things.

This touches on a bit of Hollywood history that I've noticed in my own efforts. On stars that are noted for one particular role or didn't have long careers it's not a problem. Vera had a long run and most of the photos of her out there come from her significant part in one of the greatest epics of all time in The Searchers (1956) with John Wayne. This came a year after Tarzan's Hidden Jungle (1955)and made her very well known. As a result I think a lot of AI input comes from The Searchers and everything after which in her case is a very long career. She's still kicking at 95. She's out there a lot for Psycho (1960) where she played kind of a dowdy character as Janet Leigh's sister. I've played around with images of Sophia Loren who didn't remain 25 forever either. We have to remember to specify either the movie scene or the age of the person we're looking at.

As a note that doesn't matter - Vera and I go way back. Her real name is Vera Ralston and when she came to Hollywood there was already a lesser but better known Vera Ralston who also acted a lot with John Wayne so Vera had to change her name and chose Miles for reasons I can't recall. The original Vera Ralston's great niece was my original true love when I was very young and we dated about a year in high school. We're practically related.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.

Duncan - Vera’s first husband was named Miles; they were divorced before THJ was filmed. When she changed her name as you pointed out, she chose that name. Did you know that she was third runner-up as Miss Kansas in the Miss America pageant (1948)? She won the swimsuit competition - what a congruent coincidence (What I really need is a bath . . . Girl need bath, Girl get bath). As you can guess, I also have been hung up on her since first seeing the scene.

Also, Cerberus - nice images of a beautiful actress. The first one looks to me most like her THJ, Jill, character.

Thank you. I think T. H. J. is like that for a lot of us.

Thank you. Yes, she had a very long career, I think she retired in the late 1990s and I'm pleased to know she is still around. Interesting bit about the names as well, not to mention your high school exploits!

Also very interesting and informative and thank you as well. I see what you mean about the first, but the hair, I think, comes from elsewhere, I think the third has the closer hair.

It's been a Red Sonja day today, I used an old query to test out the "X/Y/Z plot" feature, it may prove useful in improving prompt effectiveness. Here are some sample results.

It's all great stuff but I'll single out the second to last Vera image for special like. That really hits the button right there for me. All of the Red Sonja work had me just going over it again and again. Wonderful detail and the XYZ thing was new to me. Something else to study on. Thanks.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.
