Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Better late than never... As I promised PM2K I share the pages of the mexican graphic novel "Black Majesty"
I was late because of my current load of duties and wanted to translate the scene for you, my English is from bad to lousy and I hope I have made an acceptable translation. Any faults or errors I am open to your observations and enjoy this.

And thank you from me too, also for translating it. That is really beautiful artwork

Oh tosh! Tanya retorted, quicksand churning,
Round her knees, then thighs, then oh dear!
It got intimate with her hips and her panties,
And squished rather funnily up her rear!

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Here's a scene from a comic based on the Mummy movies of the late 90s, early 2000s. This one is set before the third movie.
Essentially, the baddie sacrifices people to a quicksand pit. Later, two of our heroes use a German tank to push a rampaging mammoth into the same pit. I kind of wish there were close ups of the sinking, but rather like the overall idea.

Here's a scene from the Marvel Adventures: Fantastic Four comic, aimed at the younger set. The four fight Black Panther, and The Thing gets trapped in quicksand. Also features a nice splash page.
Alas, Sue Storm isn't the one to sink... but it is still pretty neat.
Mr. Fantastic spoils the party, though.

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Not as cool as that classic magazine pic of the previous post, but this is a scene I never saw before, from an old Batman comic.
Continuing the story of Blockbuster, the kid turned monster who was once rescued from quicksand by Bruce Wayne...
