Very nice find.
The gruesome demise of the bad guy brings back childhood haunts. When I was a kid, and scared stiff of QS, I had a fear that every Tarzan film or TV episode would end up with this kind of scene. There was no other way to get rid of the villain, right?

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Here's a few more comic book scenes...
One is from the comic book tie in to Valley of the Dinosaurs (?) which was based on a TV show I think...
The other is more of a sand burial than sinking, but the images are still pretty cool...

Cool...I'd love to see more images like this, especially starring hot women

So would I... but alas, they are few and far between...
Anyway, here's a new one I've found from a story in Boris Karloff comics, which did have a few cool scenes... which I posted ages back. This one is new to me.

Haven't added to this in a while... here's an old horror comic I posted before elsewhere, but thought maybe folks would like to read the whole story... Love those old comic book swamps...
