I remember reading an article about the actress who played Mrs Howell. She was apparently the only true millionaire in the show, having made money from real estate. But in the article they mentioned how she was game for anything, and then mentioned whether being chased by natives or sinking in quicksand, Guess it was a scene that never made it to the show.

It was the Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan‘s Island. And that is my favorite quicksand scene of all time! Hence my avatar. This is actually the first QS scene I ever saw. After I saw the scene, every Guy I ever had a crush on I imagine in the scene. Especially if he’s got a sweet pair of sneakers (Also one of my Obsessions) more so if he has the Fishermans hat. I wish they had more male QS scenes out there.
