Be very careful about where you step when walking through a jungle, especially if you’re by yourself! Because before you know it, you might accidentally find yourself sinking deep into a patch of thick deadly quicksand! And that stuff is really thick and sticky and it just doesn’t let you go. It gets everywhere, but don’t struggle, because when it comes to quicksand. The more you struggle, the more you sink. If you really think you’re strong enough to fight the suction, and you do, then you’re just going to sink all the way down until it’s up to your nose! And when that happens, you’re really screwed, your only hope is that someone finds you in time. And if no one does, then you’re just going to be stuck there in that position for hours until it starts getting dark. Yeah, pretty scary stuff! And once the quicksand has covered your mouth and is right up to your nose, now you can’t even scream for help. You’re completely at the mercy of the quicksand that’s tightly hugging you and just doesn’t want to let you go! You’ll probably be regretting that you ever decided to take that solo jungle trip. And if you really can’t get out, then eventually you’ll submerge and drown in the quicksand. And a search party might start looking for you in the night, but they’ll never find you. They’ll have no idea what happened to you, it’ll be like you never even existed at all! So please, be careful around those patches of quicksand when walking alone through a jungle, or your next step could be your last!
