Quicksand Fans

Well it seems we are back after our little hiatus due to the incompetence of GoDaddy. My other thread got truncated as at the end of March. This means that all my SDXL postings have disappeared plus a number of SD ones. As it stands I'm not sure what to do about the ones I had posted, I've still got the images and may reinstate but want to see what transpires. In the meantime I'm going to post new stuff in this thread.

Occasionally searching through old tunnels and mine workings you can come across lost jewels.... Jewel is glad you found her!


She liked the gentle pressure of the mud between her legs. ... What, it was only up to her knees just now!

I feel I owe some extra postings to make up for lost time and my "Worth Posting" folder is getting a bit full!

She shoots, the keeper dives to her right, but gets nowhere near it. It's as if she is rooted to the spot!

She peered into the distance, nope, no gallant saviour in sight yet. She'd just have to wait a bit longer.


The sudden plunge on that last step had taken her by surprise and left her quite breathless. Nothing like an unexpected deep bit to get the adrenalin flowing.


Jane looked at Tarzan and thought - If he doesn't stop dicking about with than liana and get me out of here soon it'll be too late!


She laughed at the cameraman. Giant snakes here, that was too ridiculous for words, he surely didn't think she was falling for that!


Hmmm she thought, maybe that "keep out" sign was there for a reason!

well the curse of that necklace is the pure weight of it, i bet

and Keeper's are always the scapegoats!

as for Jane--- forget Tarzan, baby, you need someone can count on (eventually)

Worried? Nah... I'd rather appreciate the view because the deep and more dangerous mud is right in front of her. Thinking about how i'm going to get out of that same deep spot comes later

That's exactly when the real adventure and fun starts. It would have been too easy without the danger of getting really wet and messy. Also waders HAVE to be swamped

Well, the necklace may be heavy, but that alone isn't going to turn the ground to quicksand. Yep, life can be pretty unfair for keepers, especially if the pitch is a bit soggy like this one. Ah, Jane leave Tarzan, sorry, that's just wishful thinking.

Yep, it's as much the uncertainty and anticipation that's the stimulation as the actual mud play.

Nice rainsuit and tight gloves. I like the texture of that ditch. The water is only a few centimeters deep and on top of so deeeep mud. Very deceptive for unsespecting explorers who just wanted to easily wade through.

Shit, how did I miss that! Just shows, you can be looking at one side of the image assessing whether the snake looks plausible for the caption and completely miss the extraneous limb sticking out her backside. OK, I'm going to need to be creative here, let's see:

She's Wednesday Addams' cousin Thursday, she's visiting the Addams estate and has gone for a walk in the garden, but, as she is unfamiliar with the Addams property, she's taken Thing in case she gets lost.

How's that for a get out! Oh, and yes they are snakes, I throw a handful in now and then, just to get some variations, surprised you didn't notice the one in the previous day's posting.

May not be ditch, the prompt said "reed marsh" so it is most likely the edge of a pond or small lake in the marsh. Still, it does look suitably treacherous, doesn't it!

"... dream about Jane ...", nope, not going there. I did toy with an alternative caption, something along the lines of "... wait you're not Tarzan. What have you done with Tarzan Max?". In the end I decided ot stick with the safer option!
