I gave it a try - started out with a photo of the person I'd like as the character in the video.
took the exact photo background and all and made it into an LSD / Acid trip sinking in water on the side wall of photo .
Any good tutorials you recommend - maybe I need better prompts?
Has potential.

I feel like a lot of what I ended up with, if reversed might not be bad

I had a go at it, got the attached, first attempt then extended it. Prompt was very simple "woman sinking in quicksand deeper and deeper" with a picture as starting point.

I signed up for a month and so far I have to say its been a complete waste of money, I think its still way to early in the life-cycle for it do what we want

I agree - although I did free trial - it did not do anything remotely good. Tried with and without reference picture

I haven't had much success with it either. It tends to change seed if you extend the clip, spoils things. It looks very like the Stable Diffusion extension "AnimateDiff", which I experimented with a while back. That suffers all the same issues, which was why I stopped using it.

they added the option to add an end frame and I think I may be on the right track
