My obvious favs
First gal will be in need of assistance very soon. Instead of giving some leverage that loose root is dragging her deeper!
Second gal should have bought her suit one size up, not that we complain :D

That confused look,. I will never tire of the betrayal angle

Yes, the caption came easily for this one. I try for a variety of facial expressions, mostly the AI ignores what I ask for but sometimes it works.

She was a bit of a novelty at the time. There were very few women in Prog Rock so she got quite a lot of attention. I'm not sure I ever imagined her sinking, it wouldn't have occurred to me back then, too many other distractions.

You may have to get in there and push down on her shoulders!

More a case of "have been", I'm not as young as I used to be and time and sporting activities have taken their toll on my knees, so strenuous expeditions are a thing of the past. I still go for a bit of a ramble at times but I'm looking for easy pickings now. If you followed my photomanipulations threads in the past you will have seen some of the places I frequented as I usually carried a camera and took photos to use as backgrounds. Mostly it was peaty mud in woods or silt/quicksand on sandbanks in a river estuary. Outfit wise, usually chesties or waist waders, in summer on the sandbanks you could get away with swimwear. I wasn't particularly adventurous, never flooded my waders (had to drive back and didn't want to mess up the car), got seen once but they couldn't do anything, they were on the other side of the bog. All a bit ordinary and uneventful really.

Yep, the first one is definitely in need of help. The second one, I think she just bought a cheap rainsuit with a porous zipper, not sure the zipper is stuck. Who knows, maybe she likes the sensation of mud seeping down the inside of her suit that she will be experiencing shortly!

"Look, I'm stuck, so you need to go get help" ... "That's all very well but I'm stuck as well!" ... Tsk really, I thought all you peasants knew how to deal with mud."

Think i found it:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=71

That thread is way before i became active here, but even by todays standards these manips are great. Even better when the pics have been taken by yourself. Some look really promising and quite comparable to some of my fav spots. Have to admit, that i don't visit them not that often anymore, too. Of course i'm longing for them 24/7, still i get too lazy for the couple hours drive this needs.

Now that's HIGH-GLOSS :o
Like Acquo would branch out and produce complete wading-suits. AI nailed it again!

Thanks. I think there are about 5 or 6 backgrounds that weren't mine, the rest I took. I've moved since then, about 250 miles so don't go back there now. They've put a cycle path on the other side of the estuary sandbanks, so that it a bit public now as well. Still there are other places! The images are older than that thread, they were originally posted on Deepsinking.org, but when that changed, I removed them; then, later, posted them here.

There are three more here:

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1101&p=16517#p16517

The last one is made up from at least four pictures, three of which where mine, the girl was the one that wasn't. The sunset sky had a dull foreground, (I chased that sunset for about half an hour, taking numerous pictures at different exposures as the sun went down). The beach pic had an OK sunset but nothing special. So I put the two together, the sunlit reflections on the pools/surface came from a third photo. It was a bit tricky getting the lighting to balance in a believable way.

These AI are good at designing clothes, the fashion houses has better watch out. I can see a day coming where you don't buy clothes, you just 3D print them.

You've got a lot of nice hair light/ back lighting in many of your photos. Do you specify that or is it just incidental?
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.

Thank you. Most of it is specified directly or indirectly, nothing much is incidental. For hair, I specify a colour (ash-blonde, redhead, etc) and a "style", the "style" can be things like "wet", "lank" etc or actual styles (e.g. pixie cut, ponytail, goddess braids and so on). For lighting it is a bit different, I don't specify much in the way of direct lighting, it's more a case of creating the conditions that dictate how the lighting works. For example, in the last set of five pictures I posted the "lighting" comes from the prompt phrases used:
- summer noon, kaleidoscopic light, cream
- autumn sunset, red light, ochre
- spring sunset, ground mist, ochre
- winter afternoon, tropical storm, green
- spring blue hour, bright light, pink

Basically, I specify a season, time of day, light/weather and a random colour.
The AI doesn't always use all of these and colours can be used in clothing rather than lighting etc, but this method works for me.

In case you are thinking "god, he writes a fresh prompt for every image", no I don't. I use wildcards extensively, my current "prompt" has 14 wildcard references, in fact, not much of it isn't wildcard derived. Essentially, I have something that creates a different prompt for each "generate" and I tune it by fiddling with the wildcard files. Using the "generate forever" option means that I don't have to sit there pushing buttons, it will keep going until I tell it to stop. Hope that clarifies things a bit.
