I found something on the warning message you're getting. I think this message comes from ADetailer when using one of the Yolo models. It's a bit of code that got missed when they did a change to SD a while back to split the Sampler and Scheduler selection. You can ignore the message, it doesn't do any harm.

You're quite right.But push your arm(s) in right next to your body, then try to get them straight and pull them up. This will work just great!

Yep, that's the film. I haven't done any uniforms for some time, have I. Maybe time for another go. I think the problem I had last time was that the uniforms were a bit generic, but that was SD 1.5, maybe SDXL will be better.

That kind of distraction isn't very relaxing.

The weight setting should be adjusted to get the strength of effect you want, so a bit of testing should be done at different settings. Unknown should b be set to SDXL as that is the level of the checkpoint you are using. Everything else can be experimented with to find out what effect it has.

Note: this Lora is an "alpha" test version, so it may not work or results could be unpredictable. It's probably best to avoid test versions (they will usually have alpha or beta in the names, betas are closer to the final versions, sometimes these are OK).
