After much trial and error, splicing dicing retrying this is the result. it is not great but I can see progress

Now that's impressive. It hangs together pretty well and I'm surprised you managed to get the submersion, AIs usually block that kind of thing. Having played with Luma a bit, I can guess the frustration and effort required to do that.

I've had a few more goes, results are mixed and qualified. The three below are my best efforts to date. Warning: there is a spurious hand in one of them!

Quite a lot of uncanny valley here, but the direction is right.

Not bad cerberus, I am thinking with enough key frames I can make a decent scene I am going to have to work on generating maybe 20+ images from beginning to end and see if the ai can fill in the gaps and see what it looks like

It's been a while since I posted an image, I found myself getting burnt out on AI image generation pretty quickly, but here's a new one.

Ah, another pirate that got confused looking at the map and went to the area marked with a "Q" instead of the area marked with a "X". Nice picture, I hope she gets out OK, it would be such a waste otherwise!
