Thinking she was walking on what appeared as beach sand, she steps into the quicksand and started to sink rapidly!

Molly was told to stay on the path. She ventured on to the cracked mud anyway, thinking it was solid enough. To her surprise she fell through the surface and sunk shoulder deep in the muck!
