Looking for a story called, I think, "Quicksand Roulette".

About two years ago, someone here shared a story with me. I'm about 60% sure that someone was Fred588. I think the story was called "Quicksand Roulette". I don't remember how or why he shared the story with me nor do I remember what it was about, but I'd love to read it again!
If someone has the story and has Fred's permission to share, would you mind sharing it with me?
Fred, if you see this post and don't mind sharing, I'd love to read your story again!

I have written a lot of stories and made many videos but I do not recall one with that title. I will do a search - my memory is sometimes incomplete, but I don't think that one is mine.

I have searched through my files for the term "roulette" and found nothing. It might be the story (or scene) is by someone else or it could be you have the title wrong. It could also be a spelling issue. I have done several stories and scenes that were games of various kinds, including one based on Jeopardy. If I did one using the term "roulette" it was probably something in which players had to jump into quicksand one at a time until one went under, but I don't remember anything using the term "roulette." Do you have any other details?

I searched the term here at quicksandfans. I found, from early 2016, a post in which you thanked me for a story. There was no mention of the term then. There was another post in which you seem to have asked what "quicksand roulette" was and a third from me giving what I thought it might mean. Taking these three posts as evidence I would speculate that I probably sent you a story but that the title was not quicksand roulette. It is not at all clear where the term was first used. Perhaps there was a reply by some third person to the posted story (assuming I posted it here) in which the term was used. The fact that I then gave a speculative answer to what it might be would suggest that I had not used the term originally. I suppose it is possible that perhaps I used the term within the text of the story itself rather than in the title but without knowing the actual title I doubt if I can get much further with an answer. I did do a story involving a jeopardy-like game that could possibly have had someone use the term in some dialogue, and I also did a video scene of the same story idea.

Oh! So that's why I thought the title was "quicksand roulette!" The jeopardy-like game plot seems familiar. If it was a story that involved two women who were friends, then that's the story I am thinking of.

I don't think we are there yet. Story number 39 from my Psychic World series was called Jungle Jeopardy, but it featured THREE contestants in the last round of a game of jeopardy in which the winner gets a free ticket to Psychic World and the loser sinks in quicksand.
The video version did just have two women but they were contestants in a contest - not friends. Perhaps someone else may have more information.

The earliest post I can find on this is the one in which you thanked me for providing the story you requested. The original request would probably have the information needed to identify the story. It apparently did then. But I have nothing with which to find that original request, as I do not even know which subforum that was in.

I went digging through my post history and came across this:
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13244 It was you who sent me the story and it was called "The Second Ticket"! Scroll down some and you will see your comment. If you're comfortable sharing, I'd love to read it again!

OK, that story I recognize. If you will send me a direct email tomorrow I will send a copy. Right now I am very busy wrapping up a video shoot. (
