arms up?

hi, this is a question I never thought I could put in words for some reason before now but does anyone actually know a scene movie or produced that has the users arms still up unable to break surface? i know one right off the bat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVZK_m1dhGo but thats about it i feel like they are absolutely common but can't actually think of types like it
