Further on (around 1:48:39), incredibly, the victim is recovered but another person becomes the victim.

At first I did not recognize it, but once I determined its Title is "In Search of Lost Time" (using Google Gemini to translate and search), I found that I have the clip and documented it in the list. Thanks for sharing that nevertheless!!! Pretty darn good scenes in my opinion!

Oh yeah, I remember watching that scene a while back. It’s a really good quicksand scene!

I would be interested in knowing how the pit was made. The sand and the sinking sequence looked very realistic.
