Instagram Find - New to Me - Anybody?

This came up on Instagram. It's most amazing because it's very rare that an image is new to me. At first glance I'm guessing that it is some kind of USA/Canada obstacle course thing given the "Devil's Brigade" reference. I've been unable to locate anything further on it so far. Anybody got anything on it?

No idea where it might be from but I will make two observations. First, the style of the fencing reminds me (I think) of some I have seen around hazards at some national parks. Second, the facts that both women are entirely clean above the mud surface and that the mud is remarkably undisturbed seem a little suspicious. Also, there seems to be a shadow of the arm of the girl closest to the camera but there is no shadow of the rest of her body.

One of the comments on that photo made me chuckle, it said "I would die to get a video of this scene." If this was literally the price for obtaining the video, how will they actually watch it?
