Obviously I don't understand the language (which looks/sounds like German to me), but I'm not sure exactly what about that is supposed to entice tourists? Unless they are looking specifically for tourists from our little corner of the fetish world!
It's like they're saying "come to our beach... it's really muddy!"

Yes, it is Germany. Jade Bay, or here in Germany called Jadebusen, is on the Northsea in Lower Saxony.

Great find - nice, thick mud, especially the bit at the very end. Like others, I do wish it was thicker, but this is nice too.
