Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes

To go along with Tarzan on the previous page, here's Nyoka on another sinking adventure. A repost from a couple years ago, but figured no one would object to repeats. I just can't get enough of watching her sink...

The last two panels of the last "Nokya" page always makes me wince.

Gimme a break! I've seen that bad plot idea in so many comics. Does anyone really think any group of people practicing a religious sacrifice ritual for ages will drop the whole magilla cold just because some pretty white girl said "This is bad."?

Really? More like....

I remember reading this story in the daily paper many years ago. Then a resent buy of some missing issues to my collection got me a copy of the story. The Runaway Girl. Always remembered it as it was a bikini clad girl running loose in the deep jungle.
