I have been a member of this community for quite a long time.
But I have one question - I am still in the moderation category of messages.
Which means that my message will appear on the forum only after it has been viewed and approved by the administrator.
That is why I write almost nothing here.
How can I become a full member of the community? Is there any point in this at all?

You should be able to post freely now.

It's most likely that there was some naughtiness in the past that resulted in you being 'locked up'. But it must have been a while ago.
