Quicksand Fans

I can't log in on my pc, only on mobile. I've sent a password reset request a few months back when I tried to log in and I sent one again earlier today. I have yet to receive a response to either and I have checked all inboxes, including spam.

Replying to this as a reminder that I would still like to reset my password. I currently do not have access to my current password and trying to log in via another device and clicking reset password doesn't seem to do anything as I never receive any email in any of my folders, including spam.
