Well I could make her move a little more, but as for facial expressions, those are limited as the model can only blink and do a few mouth movements lol

I was finally able to find this piece on YouTube. WOW! Very nice! I've always like Tifa and her skimpy attire and always figured it be cool to see her slowly sinking in quicksand or mud. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks Tonight I made a little clip. Same sink, just a close up; tried to mess around with the premiere effects so the quicksand could look lively

Sounds like you're just not using a very good encoder. You should never need to export uncompressed video - even a lossless encoding like Lagarith should be able to give you at least ten minutes under a gigabyte. Switching to something like H.264 with AAC audio for your final export should dramatically reduce your file size without appreciable drop in quality. MeGUI should be able to re-encode your video if Premiere can't output the encoding you want.
