I have all the materials for tentacles. Planning on finishing them this winter.

That's the idea, finances permitting. Don't want to give too much away, but it will require a tentacle operator to be in the pit. The problem will be finding somebody willing to go all the way under a bog, then use tentacles to drag a professional model in with them.

Not only am I willing, I can hold my breath for 2 minutes. Pretty sure I can have that up to 3 by summer!

should be easy enough...use a SCUBA diver. the bubbles from the regulator might even add some spice.
i would volunteer if i had gear.
