This one's basically an exercise in seeing how far I can push the 'total helplessness' envelope.

If you want the details...

Her fingers, hands and arms have been taped together inside her duct tape mummification bondage. But Redjak also smeared superglue on her hands and pressed them together before he wound them up in tape. Since Sonya's never going to need her hands again, rendering them useless like this adds another level of helplessness. Her tape-wrapped arms were then taped to her torso before Redjak cocooned her in three layers of duct tape.

Redjak packed her mouth with a huge gagging wad of bundled up socks before sticking more tape over her entire face - nostrils excluded. Sonya's ears were also plugged before he sealed her face under a layer of plaster of Paris. Using the same measure as before, she won't be using her mouth, eyes and ears again, so removing her ability to see, hear or scream for help makes her even more helpless.

She's trapped 150 feet underground, on the deepest level of Redjak's lair, locked in a sound-proofed drowning chamber that's flooding with mud.

If total, complete and utter helplessness in deep mud is your thing, then I hope Sonya's peril appeals to you.
