I've also decided to change the way I do requests after detecting a few trends I'd like to nip in the bud.
I'm limiting requests to one per customer, and that includes one depth per request. Tigra will be the last of the multiples.
Not to pick on anyone, but I can see a time coming when someone will make a request for a character being at 10 different depths and I'd like to avoid that. After all, I did say I didn't do sequences, and this feels like a backdoor way to getting them, intentionally or otherwise.
Once a request is done and posted, feel free to request another, on the proviso I still have the right to refuse to do it. So far, I haven't felt the need to do that.

Secondly, I don't use backgrounds obtained from other artists without their express permission. Again, not mentioning names, but this came up recently through a private message when the background was actually an artwork done by one of our qs artists as part of a commission.(And, no, I won't seek out permission on a requestor's behalf, either...)
Years ago, I used backgrounds which I didn't realize were poached from a QS artist until I was called out on it. I never used them again, and got rid of them for good measure. I'd rather not go through that again.
That's about it. Overall, this has been going fairly well, so I'll keep at it.
