New Story: The Capture

Hey y'all!

This is definitely a different vibe from my usual stories. It's a contained, long story about a van full of college cheerleaders who are on a team building exercise in an old swamp. Its inspired by 80's slasher flicks except instead of a serial killer we've got bottomless quicksand. It's also way over the top and intense but I wanted to push myself to come up with something wild and further than I was necessarily comfortable with. The result is 14 cheerleaders and their two coaches meet a bubbly end and some in some bizarre ways. It takes place in the 80's so you can paint a picture in your head about the outfits and style choices. It's also an homage to Acidtester's incredible drawing of the cheerleaders in the bus. This story actually started off as using that as the scenario but it was just too hard to chronicle all that action at the same time in detail via written word for me. That drawing was one of the first things I stumbled across years ago that really stuck out to me as a super crazy scenario and has always stick with me, so thanks AT! Anyway I hope you enjoy, as with my other stories, AI did assist me in formatting and spelling/grammar checking, but the story and plot was mostly written by me over a few weeks.

I'm working on another series right now I should have finished up soon. It's a riff on survival shows like Alone, and its turning out pretty good! AS always thanks for reading and take care.
