The 1st chapter of Isla Barrar Quicksand Date is here.

This took longer than expected as other stuff kept popping up.

But, here it is. Chapter 2 will be started soon.
---------------------------------------------------------
Stranded, alone on the Isla Barrar, Morwenna & Ajax had only each other for companionship. Traveling up a winding river, Morwenna had taken the time to get to Ajax a bit more. "So let me get this straight," Said Morwenna. "You said you live in a desert, right?" She asks. "Right." Answered Ajax. "And you travel across the Northern Wastelands constantly to survive?" Morwenna proceeded to ask. "That's correct." Ajax answered without hesitation.

"That's quite the lifestyle you live." Said Morwenna. "It's not exactly the easiest one." Ajax replies. "But, it's better than facing starvation." He adds. Stopping up ahead, Morwenna stood beside a tree, observing the river she & Ajax were following upwards. She had a hunch that it had to lead somewhere, but where exactly? And, she felt that there was a sense of danger concerning this river. But... Why? As Morwenna pondered, Ajax broke the silence around her.

"Oh by the way, I've been meaning to ask you." He said. Morwenna glanced at him. "What is it?" Morwenna asked. "That axe you carry," Said Ajax. "That looks really mean. Where'd you get it?" He then asks. "Oh, Sariel the Fellrender here?" Asked Morwenna, pointing to her axe, which is slung across her back. "Oh, I made it myself." She then reveals. "You did?" Ajax asked, sounding amazed. "You bet your butt I did!" Morwenna chuckled.

She then took it off her back to hold it and properly show it off to Ajax. "I forged this bad girl out of the finest Damascus Steel around father's forgery." Morwenna says. "See the runes on the head?" She asks. Ajax looked closely. "Yep." He says. "They're a sign that this axe is holy blessed." Morwenna reveals. "Why call it Fellrender though?" Asked Ajax. "Simply put: To slice open anyone & anything associated with fell powers." Morwenna answered.

Ajax smiled a bit nervously. "That's pretty scary..." He said. "Oh, don't worry about that." Morwenna replies. "My axe doesn't chop anyone who's friendly. And you are being quite friendly." She says. Ajax sighed in relief. "So!" Morwenna suddenly says, putting her axe back across her back. "How do you fight?" She then asks. "Oh, we're talking about me now?" Ajax asks back. "Yeah we are!" Exclaimed Morwenna. "Now come on, handsome! Tell me!"

Ajax was not able to turn down Morwenna's request. "Well, I'm actually a talented archer." He said. "Ah, so you're a long range fighter." Morwenna says, intrigued. "Yep." Ajax replied. Morwenna noticed that Ajax's bow was handy, along with his arrows. "So what what kind of arrowheads do your arrows have? Iron?" Morwenna asks. Ajax shook his head. "Steel?" Morwenna asks soon after. Again, Ajax shakes his head. "Silver?" Morwenna asked.

And in response, a third head shake from Ajax. "Hold on, don't tell me..." Said Morwenna. "Stone arrowheads?" She asks. Finally, Ajax nodded. Morwenna was in disbelief. But before she could anything else, Ajax pulled out one of the arrows he had handy. "Not just any stone though." He said, smirking. "Gem tipped arrowheads, huh?" Morwenna asks. "That's actually pretty cool. Must be hard work to place them though." She then said soon afterward.

"It is," Said Ajax as he put his arrow away. "But it's worth it." He adds. "Well, if it works, it works." Morwenna said. The two proceeded onward up the river path. But as they traveled, Morwenna's sense of dread returned. "I think this river might be called Peril River..." Morwenna said, shuddering. "Why's it called that?" Ajax pondered. "I'd rather not wait to find out!" Morwenna exclaimed, before suddenly breaking into a run. "Hey, wait!" Ajax exclaimed.

He soon ran after Morwenna. But as she ran, she exited the rainforest they were in, and found themselves on an expansive field. "This looks like Deceiver Fields..." Morwenna says. Ajax caught up to Morwenna soon after. "Hey! Hold on!" Ajax exclaimed. Morwenna turned to see Ajax, and he soon stopped once he was close to her. "Vars, girl!" He said. "You just like, took off at full speed there!" "Sorry about that." Morwenna said, sighing almost immediately.

"I just wanted to get as far away from that river as possible." Ajax nodded. "But we did agree to stick together though," He says. "So let's not dash off like that." Morwenna smirked. "You almost sounded like my dad there." She said. "He often says stuff like that." Ajax chuckled. "I bet he's a good man." He says. "The best." Morwenna says as she & Ajax resume their way. "I'm sure someone told you that my dad's a warrior, right?" Morwenna asked.

"I believe I was indeed told that, yes." Ajax answered. "Yeah, technically a gentle soul at best," Morwenna says. "But if anyone threatens his family... Pick a god & start praying." She adds. This makes Ajax think back on his own mother Garnet, who herself can be rather frightening when angered. "That sounds pretty scary..." Ajax said, shuddering. "Yeah, when he's pissed, he doesn't hide it." Morwenna says, as she suddenly hangs her head low, shuddering.

Ajax noticed Morwenna started to look saddened. "Hey, you okay?" He asked. "Yeah..." Said Morwenna, rubbing her eyes. "I just wish I had a way to let him know that I'm still alive & well out here..." Ajax placed a comforting hand on Morwenna's shoulder. "I'm sure he's waiting patiently for you..." He said, smiling. Morwenna smiled back at him. "Yeah, I'm sure he is..." She says. For now though, the two proceeded onward on their path ahead of them.

Then, stopping in their tracks, they almost fell over in amazement of the sight before their very eyes. "An oasis!" Morwenna exclaimed. "And where there's an oasis, there must be water." Ajax adds. The two head over to the area. Morwenna looked around some, noting the red land of the oasis. But, it was also just as squishy as plenty other spots on the Isla was. Despite the risk, Morwenna's mood to play in the mud kicked into full gear instantly.

Ajax meanwhile noted a river bank nearby, and it had fresh water flowing through without interruption. Even more impressive are the sand dunes. But upon turning to face Morwenna, he spotted her trying to unearth a clay pit to sink in. Then, sure enough, she found one and she got stuck in it almost immediately. "Ooh, sticky~." Morwenna giggles. Ajax managed to obtain enough clean water, and then proceeded to where Morwenna was sinking.

"I seem to be stuck...~" Morwenna says, posing & acting all flirtatious. Ajax flushed red at the sight. "Won't you join me, handsome~?" Morwenna then asked Ajax. Ajax was hesitant at first. But, in the end, he trusted Morwenna in what she's doing, and stepped into the clay to join her in her sink. However, he stood at a spot where he wouldn't sink further than his thighs, as part of him wanted to watch Morwenna sink deeper before he moves closer to her.

"Oh? You want to watch me first~?" Morwenna asks Ajax, flirting with him. "For the moment, yeah..." Ajax answers, looking flustered. Morwenna giggled at his response, but nonetheless sank down slowly still, making sure he gets a nice look at her curvy, but muscular frame as it's swallowed by the clay. Morwenna actually managed to back up some while she still had some of her legs above the surface of the quicksand. Ajax kept on watching nonetheless.

Morwenna reached butt deep soon enough. But Ajax managed to step forward, and plunge to Morwenna's depth, much to her delight. "Ah, it's thick..." Ajax mutters. "Yes, well..." Morwenna started, before deciding to let it slide. "Hmm? Were you going to say something?" Ajax asked. "I was, but... I just decided not to." Morwenna answers, before smirking. "I see." Ajax said. But, he decided not to press the matter, especially considering Morwenna's mood.

Morwenna proceeded to hug Ajax soon after, looking up at him lovingly even as the clay slowly swallowed them both still. "It's not every day I get to sink with a handsome man like you..." She says to him, smiling some up at him. "Not the first time I heard that." Ajax chuckled as Morwenna got handsy with him, smiling warmly as she does so. But she also pressed her breasts against Ajax's chest. As they sank, Morwenna got more & more hands on with Ajax.

In fact, she once again ran her hands through his long hair most of all, and all he did was just smile lightly. Morwenna thought that smile of his was rather lovely, and so she smiled back at him. Finally, Morwenna could not hold back any longer, and promptly kissed Ajax on the lips. The two held their kiss for a nice long while, namely up until they reached their chests in the quicksand. They let go once at that depth. Ajax noticed how deep they were in the quicksand.

"So deep already..." He mutters. "So~?" Morwenna giggles, smiling at him. Ajax just chuckled lightly, but nonetheless relaxed in the clay with Morwenna as she continued to snuggle him, and kiss him whenever she possibly could. Needless to say that the constant movement from the affectionate giving did make them sink deeper, as Morwenna's breasts disappeared. Yet, Morwenna was so enraptured with Ajax, she didn't give a damn about that right now.

No. She was more focused on giving Ajax as much affection as possible. She even went as far as to whisper in his ear. "A handsome, sexy man like you... needs more muddy exposure...~" She whispered, smirking play fully. Ajax shuddered from hearing this. "You... think so...?" He asks. "I know so..." Morwenna whispers, but it wasn't long before the two of them were chin deep in the quicksand. Morwenna however, was keen on going under.

But Ajax backed himself to the edge, while Morwenna gave him a boost in climbing out of the pit. Morwenna smiled at the sight of every inch of Ajax's body being so caked with red/brown clay; except for his head. Morwenna felt that was rather hot to look at. But, she didn't look at it for long as before long, Morwenna disappeared under the quicksand. Ajax looked at the spot Morwenna was in as it started to bubble, showing concern for his friend.

However, Morwenna resurfaced from the clay, gasping loudly and got to the edge. Ajax managed to help her out. "Man, you sure seem to love that stuff..." He says to her. "What did you expect from an absolute mudlark?" Morwenna asked with a giggle. Nevertheless, the two felt refreshed enough to officially venture deeper into the Isla itself to search for a way to escape it. However, it was clear that their adventure on the Isla Barrar had just begun.

What else awaited Ajax & Morwenna on the Isla Barrar? Can they keep their feet on solid earth long enough to find their method of escape?
