Kiss of the Quicksand

I've been wanting to try to recreate one of PurpleFrogbot's pieces in Daz Studio for a long time, and after he did his own rendition of Prehistoric Peril, I decided to give it a try. This one seemed simple enough. Or so I thought. It was challenging in several ways, and I'm still not 100% satisfied with how it looks. There's a chance that I'll still make a few tweaks here and there. But here it is, my version of Kiss of the Quicksand.

Oh, and I blame Mr7twenty1 for putting this idea in my head in the first place. Victoria and Carrie making out in quicksand is now officially part of my canon.

Thank you! Yes I'm always tempted to turn my one-off images into an entire series, but I have so many ideas and so little time. I can't keep indulging every little impulse, or else my stories will never get written.

It is! One-piece swimsuits are especially underappreciated as sinking outfits.

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.

Here's a little fantasy: What if my OCs sank for you, and were on the verge of going under? Would you want them to be sinking for pleasure, and enjoying themselves too, or would you want it to be a perilous situation, and they're desperately pleading for you to save them?

For starters, here's the pleasure scenario. I did a little poll on DeviantArt, and more people voted for Pleasure than Peril, so that gets featured first. But don't worry, stay tuned for my peril scenario.

I was definitely thinking a lot of MPV's Sinking About You videos, as well as Aiko's Heads Up! series. Chin-deep and about to go under is by far my favourite depth where it comes to sinking gorgeous ladies in quicksand.

Definitely pleasure. To me those seem a much better fit for Valentine's Day. They are all good, but if I had to pick one... probably Carrie.

Thank you! I had so much fun playing with expressions to get the right combinations, not to mention thinking of lines for them to say as they're about to go under.

And oh yes, it's kind of the same for me too, pleasure is a lot more on theme if we're going with it being a Valentine's Day special. Although I decided early on to also cater to those for whom peril is a much more attractive scenario. Judging from the reception I've gotten elsewhere, it's worked.

Carrie is definitely one of the more popular ones among my OCs. When I created her, I definitely thought of her as the prettiest one.
