This one should be easy - dare I say trivially easy? - for anyone more than 50 or so, at least.
Name the only President who was never elected either as President or as Vice-President.

Gerald Ford. He was named VP by Richard Nixon to replace Nelson Rockefeller and then replaced Nixon when he resigned. He was also the third US President I shook hands with.

Gerald Ford for sure. apointed to replace Spiro Agnew then moved up when Nixon resined.
