Read carefully between the lines. Basically all they're saying is they're banning videos of people trying to privately sell guns on youtube (I have never seen anyone trying to do this......?), and/or vids of people doing illegal things like building a suppressor out of an oil filter, or converting something to full auto, without going through the proper legal channels. The way it's worded it might affect videos featuring 80% lower builds but I doubt it.

At the end of the day Youtube is a business. They have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason they want, but I really doubt they'd want to explain the massive drop in ad revenue that would come from mass deleting gun channels.
