Quicksand Fans

An early plug for a coming book release, Jutland: The Unfinished Battle due out in Canada and USA May 15; Good timing for the 100th anniversary of the battle, and written by Earl Jellicoe's Grandson no less. Might actually set the Tardis and get the paper version of this. But that or kindle version, definitely will be reading and review it. I admit to a certain bias out of the gate, since I have always considered Beatty a complete asshole who not only disobeyed his orders, but was a self-serving egotist who literally attempted to re-write history. Castles of Steel may have been an influence there, but THAT author is a well-respected naval historian and completely objective. He might not call Beatty an asshole like I will. But he isn't impressed by him either.
