I won't reveal the answer, but that was a quote that I used to have as a signature line in my emails almost 20 years ago! Classic!

Well that's not the doctor's definition. But it could be for the same reason.

I guess its time to provide the answer, which is from part 5 of talons of Weng Chiang. According to the doctor, "Eureka" translates to "This bath is too hot."
