Sinking video wish list

The notion of this topic is to elict input from the community as to what you like to see in a qs/sinking video.
The goal being to provide producers of said videos a source of constructive input which they may (or may not) wish to consider.

I'll get things started and, hopefully, others will follow.

Pluses:
Slow rate of sinking, the slower, the better.
The sounds of the sinking - who doesn't like the squishy, slurping sounds of a nice sinking scene?
Non-obvious QS. By that I mean a pit/location that isn't incredibly apparent. Difficult to achieve in prepared settings. (it does say wish list...)
Unless it's an erotic scene, I find it more appealing when the model acts genuinely terrified. (See: Mina in 'Jewel of Doom or Jenna West in 'The Rookie)

Minuses:
Water. For some reason, seeing standing water on/in a scene really detracts from the scene.

Simple: Quantity !!!
Quicksand video scenes are like consensual sex. Although some encounters are better than others, there is no such thing as bad consensual sex.
Looking forward to the day when a Blu-Ray disk containing 15 hours of the latest quicksand video clips arrives in my mailbox.

I have received a secret message from "secret agent man", his name taken from 1960's song from Johnny Rivers "Secret agent man, they've given you a number, and taken away your name..."
Well anyway they inform me that there will be a bumper crop of fresh material to, if not satisfy our craving, at least dull the hunger for a while.
This would be the perfect time to divert those funds reserved for your retirement into something with a better return.
The figures quoted are quite large. Perhaps this might be a good time to default on your mortgage, and use the money to renovate your video collection.

All of this is gratefully noted. Stay tuned. 8-)

Agreed. Seeing water just kills it for me.

All the pluses I agree with. Love seeing the models/actresses with their arms above their head or tied behind.

I agree with all of the above... especially with a less obvious pit. Sneaky quicksand is happy quicksand. ;)

I always thought it would be cool, and maybe more likely, for a victim to stumble into a hidden pit, perhaps one covered in leaves or some other such material. If that is possible, of course.

While it is certainly "possible," this leads to a number of difficulties when a pit is to be a permanent one. Anything scattered on the surface (leaves, twigs, artificial plants, or whatever) will quickly become incorporated into the body of the mud itself. This will alter the texture of the mud, almost always in an undesirable direction, and any organic material is likely to then begin to decay. The latter happens naturally to some extent but would be ten times worse if the stuff was added. Even styrofoam peanuts get mixed in to the mud to a degree (yes, I've tried it) although they do float back up fairly quickly. It might be rather useful if one could acquire small styro peanuts that fairly closely matched the mud in color but they all seem to be white.
