The current politically correct Hollywood genre will not allow a serious female "damsel in distress" scene, I believe, so don't (no pun intended) hold your breath. It would be more likely that she would save him - I guess not a bad scene, but not the one I would want to see. Oh for the old, black and white, Tarzan's Hidden Jungle, Hollywood stereotype days!
