Quicksand On UK TV

Just a quick heads up to anyone watching TV in the UK: A new season of "Coast" starts next Sunday [ 25th.] on BBC 2 at 9pm [I think! ] and it features a section on quicksand in Morecambe Bay with Alice Roberts, which could be of interest.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that. No doubt it'll show up on youtube if it's any good too.

You beat me to it - was about to tip everyone off about it. lol There is now a clip on the bbc website which shows Alice sinking briefly about halfway through. Check it out..

I'm quite looking forward to that . . .I know it will probably only be knee deep, but I'm sure my imagination can "fill in" the rest [no pun intended! ] Besides, any oppurtunity to see Alice on TV is not to be passed up.

I'll see if I can record it and upload it somewhere for you to get, but no promises, haven't used the recording thingimibob before so not sure how it works.

I own a Mac and have EyeTV for it. I can record the whole episode and just trim off the quicksand section in Quick(sand)time. The only problem is finding somewhere to put it. I have my own webhost but I'm trying to keep as anonymous as I can on here :p. What service do you guys recommend I upload to? It'd only be taken down off Youtube.

That sounds a lot easier than this setup.
I'd suggest loading it to megaupload?
I've seen that Boggyman has uploaded to that for a few of his videos to free up space on here.
